Opis
The B34S spray application head in a compact design serves the dosed application of hot-melt adhesives.
The robust head is equipped with a 0.6 mm spray nozzle as standard.
The application is carried out either as a continuous spray application or as an intermittent adhesive application.
The spray head must be screwed tightly to the head holder. In the intermittent operation mode, natural vibrations occur. It is therefore essential to ensure that the application head is installed firmly and solidly. Excessively large natural vibrations (transmission from the machine to the valve) should be avoided.
The diameter of the holding rod must be the same as the diameter of the hole in the head holder (Ø 10mm). A hot glue hose must then be connected to the hose connection and a compressed air hose (Ø 6 mm) to the compressed air connection. The control air pressure must not exceed 6 bar.
The output is controlled by means of a 4/2- way solenoid valve.
The one4all B34S is available with PT100 or Ni120 temperature sensors, optionally also with PT100 in a 230 V version.
Other nozzle diameters are available on request.
